i've been thinking about it and i think i can write a StockCharts scan for the "outter candle" template scheme, i think, pretty sure, i think.

i have noted that indices require one substudy variable while individual issues require another - kinda wierd. indices take a little longer. it's like they gotta empty pockets before they turn.
