He/they just keep adding to the overall value factor. Everyday this company continues to build itself in a manner that is becoming of a big board buisness. Although we are still in the primary stages, when MMRIS begins showing profits and cash flow on that built up value, the stock will start playing catch up with the buisness model.

Patience was and is still the key with this one, especially when Lorsch continues to populate himself on all fronts.(JMHO)
