You know, I spent a lot of time this weekend pondering just what might be going on here, and I think I've come up with something.....
The filings that we've seen recently are nothing that is set in stone, and yet can be viewed just negatively enough that they served their purpose quite well, that being to shake as many shares loose as possible. But take a look at the mm's "ask" structure on the L2's, and it doesn't reflect AT ALL what the filings would lead one to believe. In fact, it points to something VERY favorable in the works that is coming VERY soon. Now, whether that is a pending buyout offer, an acquisition of another company by BKSD, the procuring of a large contract, the filing of a 10-Q that far exceeds all expectations, or one of any number of positive developments that could more than double the pps overnight is anyone's guess. But it is undeniable that the mm's on the ask are poised at prices that are not logical based on the information that we have at our disposal.
I, for one, like what I see.
