From PSC on MDGC :

MDGC, Now is the time to buy into this $200 million company, ON TOP OF ALL THIS, MDGC IS BREAKING INTO THE CHINESE MARKET

The company is forecasting $200 million in sales and they are looking to break into the WIMAX market in China. A deal in China could add $100 million in sales.

MDGC is going to be a news superstar. I imagine when we get sales news with these kind of forecasts. This stock will go into orbit.

NOW IS THE TIME TO BUY

The recent merger between MediaG3, Inc and Imperial Wireless, LLC represents an exciting combination of proprietary wireless equipment from MediaG3, Inc. and a state of the art broadband and mobility Internet Phone “IP” services platform provided by recently acquired Imperial Wireless, LLC. The combination and synergies of these two collaborating firms are exceptional. As world demand for broadband data communications increases exponentially, the new MediaG3 will be positioned as a strong provider of these wireless networks and the services which they will require. The rural United States and Asian markets, particularly China, are predominantly attractive opportunities for the Company.

Based on the following factors, we believe that the Company is structured to achieve a significant amount of growth and financial returns for its shareholders

1) Under the brand of Imperial Wireless, an established internet services provider, MediaG3 has an aggressive strategy to penetrate 19 states in America under a distribution agreement with a nationally recognized broadband service provider. With the anticipated expansion of the Company’s new WiMax service area in 2009 and across the US in 2010 and beyond, it is expected that the market potential obtainable to the Company will exceed $200 million over the next 3 years. With the Company’s new WiMax technology and applications in place, subscribers will be able to leave their offices and homes, and travel with continued access to high speed, 4G Internet Service. WiMax provides a much wider spectrum than Cellular Phones, giving the user true “always on” access to the internet.

2) MediaG3 is going to bring on board top software and hardware experts in the US to support its WiMax platform with leading applications. These professionals will represent over 50 years of proven track records in software and hardware design. It is with great anticipation that we look to these individuals to provide cutting edge broadband applications and services to revolutionize our capabilities in the future as the technology continues to evolve.

3) MediaG3’s broadband wireless access system has been designated as the exclusive Local Multi-Point Distribution Service (LMDS) equipment supplier for a planned first phase demonstration in Yunnan Province in 2009, under the sponsorship of China’s distinguished Academy of Broadcasting Science (ABS) and hosted by Yunnan Cable.

4) The United States Trade & Development Agency (USTDA), after its independent and thorough due diligence of MediaG3’s technology and market potential, has awarded MediaG3 a $593,000 grant in support of the China pilot project, and China’s Ministry of Commerce has provided its endorsement as well. Service Demand Estimates range between $50 million to $100 million in related equipment and services over the next 3-5 years.

5) MediaG3 has an exceptional advantage in the provision of broadband Internet and mobility services to underserved markets in the United States which have been constrained due to a lack of infrastructure. MediaG3’s Imperial Wireless WiMax provides the technology and platform necessary to deliver unique services for a sizable marketplace.

* Through the delivery of a flexible and scalable wireless access network with its MediaG3 LMDS proprietary technology, the Company has developed the ability to service these “internet orphaned populations” without the need to pull fiber and cable to do it. Consequently, the Company boasts the capacity to cover the coveted “last mile” through a wireless “over the air” link.

* This proprietary technology is protected by five US patents on the architecture and design.

* The growth and expansion in these rural US markets will generate substantial subscriber access to its WiMax services platform, spurring growth in the delivery of services under the Imperial Wireless brand, including mobile video distribution and content delivery platforms.

Based on the current market potential, through the execution of this strategy, the Company anticipates momentous growth. At a conservative 5% penetration of the available market for broadband and IP services, we project that within our third year, revenue generated should reach in excess of $200 million.
