I am a HGLC shareholder. I received HGLC dividend shares from my GWGO/FFGO holdings and I bought HGLC shares in the open market. HGLC sold it's American Molybnium mine this past January and promised to distribute $.0021 worth of stock of the new company that bought that mine for each share of HGLC that shareholders held. So I do not believe HGLC is dead in one bit. HGLC also holds other mining properties that they could sell to other companys. I quess we will have to wait and see.
