Expo Holdings Inc. (EXPH)

Do you have any information to back this up. IMO, it is just a lie and not even an opinion....how in the sense it is a 10:1 RS. Investors will still have all their EXPH shares and additional shares in new company. New company will be doing ETC business and EXPH will be doing 'Displays & Store Fixtures' business plus manufacturing part of ETC cabinets. EXPH is still on target of $6M revenues for year 2009(not enough contribution of ETC in this).

Only 5.5 trading days left for share holders meeting. tic toc tic toc....

EDIT: Going through your last posts in EXPH, I think you are investing/trading in this stock and not shorting...but looks like you must have got out early and would like to get in at the low prices...Believe me, this is still a good price...Good Luck!!!
