The mod and assnts are a great core group, that not only are able to quickly sift thru all the mostly worthless pink sheets, but also find UNDERVALUED plays, that either are shells, and looking for a reverse merger. They all have their strengths, and collectivey sticky the most up to date info...so we all benefit...and see our portfolios greener as the days pass.
The reason savy CEOs do this is to take advantage of valuable assets and place them in as little debted company...IF the shell has NOL or other tax write offs, then even better, as this would reduce their taxes on profits they would otherwise pay to Uncle Sam....all the better for shareholders...translates into higher PPS.
