I suspect we may have our wires crossed, lol...

All I'm saying is there is *no* 1993 company versus a 1934 company...other than '33 regs and IPOs. Once a company is trading, the 33 and 34 regs are cumulative. That is, *all* trading companies are subject to the full rules n regs, even 39 and onward.
