After reading K+E's response, I am getting a weird gut feeling telling me that the formation of an EC is now closer than ever. I can imagine that the UST has her own wealth of stories to tell about them lawyer folks and knows their game just too well. This recent response with all the contradictions it contains comes in very handy to show them their place by doing exactly what they don't want.
All just my opinion of course.
