I concure, this stock is a POS.

However, the link to pinksheets suggests 5 billion A/S, which I know is wrong because even my broker puts the O/S at +30 billion.

Surprised so many got sucked into this...do some DD people, I'm not talking about 12 or 2 hours, I did 2 minutes on this company and knew it was a venoumous snake.
