AGAIN RE: UCAD FORWARD SPLIT
To anyone having issues with the forward split, please re-read the press release.
"the Company will be filing the appropriate paperwork with the goal of having the forward split reflected at the earliest possible time. The Company anticipates that said change will be reflected by Nasdaq within 10 business days."
They stated their "goal" was the earliest release possible. The PR actually said "within 10 business days" and if you extend out 10 business days from the date of release, that would be wednesday anyway. It is out of the company's control and they gave their honest projection of the date. And I've very rarely ever seen a forward split NOT announced beforehand with advanced notice, so NO to anyone claiming that nasdaq approval should have been obtained first. The company performed reasonably and appropriately here in projecting an approximate date for the split.
Anyone seriously harping on this issue has some issues themselves.
