I have a close friend going to HPONs shareholders meeting in Irvine Ca. Wednesday.
HPON is all smoke and mirrors.
About 2 years ago they put out a PR saying they were going to buy back 2 million shares.
Never happened.
And WTF is 2 million out of 500 million + ?
They have anounced sale after sale to places you can`t verify.
Pakistan????

They said in a recent PR they were going to give financials at the meeting Wednesday through 2003.

Its now late October 2004.
They said they wanted to go OTCBB.
They would need # 1 to provide financials through 9/30/04
# 2,get the share price up and hold it a while,
and # 3 elect more than Peter Michaels to the BOD
Sarbanes-Oxley dictates more people must be on BOD
HPON is once every 3 months a good day trade when the big pump/dump crew shows up on RB that`s about it.
Michaels(HPON chaiman and CEO) is currently under 2 Federal indictments for stock fraud,plus a charge for money laundering,and is still allowed to be sole person on BOD,chairman,and largest stockholder???????
