An on balance reply by TreasureInvestor deserves a well balanced response.
1. Seafarer Exploration Corporation has no current permit to explore or recover on the Juno Beach Wreck Site in Florida. I invite you to contact the Division of Historical Resources, Bureau of Archeological Research, State of Florida at (850) 245-6444 to confirm this fact.
2. Seafarer Exploration Corporation has no current contractual agreement with Tulco Resources, LTD., and Mr. Judd Laird of Jupiter, Florida. He is the sole and proper holder of the Admiralty Claim for the Juno Beach Wreck Site, which is a prerequisite to securing the B.A.R. permit.
3. Without the aforementioned, Seafarer Exploration Corporation is legally prevented from working the Juno Beach Wreck Site. Additionally, without such agreements and permits, it’s impermissible for them to continue to actively seek investors knowing they cannot operate on the site.
4. I am not as you put it, “a disgruntled employee.“ I sustained a serious head injury in a physical attack by a former employee of Seafarer Exploration Corporation. My employment was illegally terminated because in Kyle Kennedy’s own words, “you have become a liability to the company and shareholders.” This certainly did not give them the right to illegally evict me from my home, take my income and terminate my employment as Seafarer was well aware that a leading neurologist Dr. Mason of Palm Beach cleared me for light duty.
5. There are currently (11) companies and individuals, myself included, who have aligned to litigate against Seafarer Exploration Corporation. The filing of such action is scheduled for this Monday, November 23rd, 2009. I am not tipping my hat here as Seafarer was made aware of this litigation possibility in a Demand Letter dated November 17th, 2009 which was promptly ignored by the company. We gave them more than a chance to make things right.
