thanks for your reply. I got a very good first impression from peter and john when i met them which I think is a very important from people at the top but IPWG was all new for me then and I suppose anybody would be foolish to go with that alone without getting different opinions.Its good to hear from people who have known them for longer and still have the same impressions.
