Phase I - consists of applying PLANET's multi-metal recovery to 10 lb samples of FRANKLIN gravity concentrated ore samples and assay Resulting byproducts at commercial labs. Phase I - is to enforce the recovery of metals planet to multiple samples of 10 lb FRANKLIN gravity concentrate samples and determination of sub-products from commercial laboratories.

Phase III - Upon successful completion and deployment of the joint recovery and sale of over 200 tons of metals, and FRANKLIN PLANET negotiate and enter into a revenue sharing formula from the sale of metals. Phase III - After the successful deployment and completion of recovery and the joint sale of more than 200 tons of metals, Franklin and PLANET negotiate and conclude a formula for sharing revenue from the sale of metals.
