Well correct me if I am wrong, but wouldn't that be bad if they issued all 750M shares. There would be no room to cover the finance if that were the option that they needed to go. They need at least 9% of the O/S available. It only takes the stroke of a pen to change the A/S. So disappointed about the increase in shares though. I would love to know what companies they plan on acquiring as well. My investment is small compared to some of you, but I am riding this one out UNLESS they dilute one more share. I am not going to sit in another Pink Sheet company that claims to have transparency, but doesn't talk to shareholders, and keeps issuing shares. All words and no action and that is not transparency its called deceiving. Seen this too many times over the last several years. Besides my investment is small and they won't miss me, but if they continue the will miss the masses.

I really do hope this is the company that does it for all of us. We shall see soon. Dilution is the key for all of us.
