If the answers to these are yes, then I would surmise that JD will do what he feels is best for the future of these entities.
For us on the sidelines, I would say we are like fantasy football managers. EXPH is one of our star players (mine anyway). We picked EXPH in one of the first rounds for a reason. We liked the potential for EXPH to help us make the league championship. We trust that the players on our team will make the right moves to be the best players that they can be. I have to believe that JD is making the right moves to get us to the Championship!!
My take on the ETC shares. Seems to me that for the next month or so our value will decline becasue we do not have any value for ETC yet. We sell now we sell at a discount. When we get them lets say for simplicity sake EXPH is at .01 Wouldn't the value immediately go down to .009 for EXPH and ETC would start at .001? The value of each would fluctuate according to each value on its own merits from there? No free shares, but rather EXPH shares devalue by 10% immediatly upon ETC release?
Sorry for my simplicity but just my novice take on things.
