I appreciate your viewpoint. However, I merely pointed out that the word "exclusive" does not appear anywhere in the Triumph PR.

Therefore, it would be impossible for the Triumph PR to state, or even insinuate, that Triumph was gaining "exclusive RIGHTS" to Paradigm products.

So based on the Triumph PR alone, I don't see any reason why there can't be two or more independent businesses in the state of Massachusetts with the rights to sell Paradigm products.
