Therefore, it would be impossible for the Triumph PR to state, or even insinuate, that Triumph was gaining "exclusive RIGHTS" to Paradigm products.
So based on the Triumph PR alone, I don't see any reason why there can't be two or more independent businesses in the state of Massachusetts with the rights to sell Paradigm products.
