I totally agree, and so do that of dozens of other businesses, clients, investors and the like. On Monday, all time will tell dear sir. Read below.

Contrary to misguided information at the hands of Seafarer Exploration Corporation, there is no current contract or permit with the State of Florida Bureau of Archeological Research or Tulco Resource, LTD. As of November 4th, 2009, such permit came for renewal, and without a contractual agreement with the original Admiralty Claim holder, being that of Tulco Resource, LTD., Seafarer is NOT permitted to seek, explore or recover from the site more properly described as the "Juno Beach Wreck Site."

Further, Seafarer Exploration Corporation has with full knowledge, defrauded its current and potential investors as to the due dilligence of the facts. This is aside of course to all SEC regulations and laws that have been broken to this moment in their effort to increase investor confidence.

How do I know? I'm their former Director of Operations and have first hand knowledge of all the aforementioned acts.
