while your theories and conjectures do indeed seem plausable...ANY reasonable judge will simply say "why did you let your stock get revoked and fail to file required paperwork?"

Megas screwed the pooch here, by not continuing (right or wrong) to give the authorities WHAT THEY ASKED FOR, and allowed the stock to be revoked.

and, really..what do YOU think a Superior Court Judge would think of the "wanker" email? Sympathy? I don't think so. Sorry.
