it would reveal share structure (and in effect be ungagging the TA), for starts.....

Still hoping that someone can provide a reason for not filing the NT-10Q. There has to be a reason.

PS: doesn't anyone also wonder why they PRed they were buying on the open market, yet no form 4s filed????.....yikees!!!
