But my question is why "sponsor bank"? If there is another bank overseas that is already distibuting this card, would not it be easy to figure out who this "sponsor bank" is. Steve specifically stated, "We are not ready to announce who the sponsor bank is(pending FDIC approval)." I just don't see this sponsor bank already working (putting out cards). I do believe that the deal with the sponsor bank and OWVI is already worked out. Both simply wait right now.

(or am I still missing it which very well could be so. Blood pressure is coming back down now a little.)
