As some of you are aware, I am a skeptic of this company, but I occasionally look for information to prove myself wrong. I recently sent emails to E'Prime and got no response. Today I sent one to SPS was was pleasantly surprised with an immediate response. Nothing new to report, but at very least, some evidence that E'Prime is still a going concern.

Following is my email and the response. Read into them what you will:

Subject: eprime relationship

Hello,

I am a long time investor in E’Prime Aerospace, a company which has done its best over the past two years to frankly, mimic death. They do not issue press releases or respond to emails, and the only relevant topic on their website (http://www.eprimeaerospace.com/) is a presentation in which they partnered with you on for the SUSTAIN forum earlier this year.

I was wondering if you could tell me a little bit more about your cooperation with E’Prime. Is it an active collaboration? Are there any plans to continue/build upon it? Anything you could tell me would be greatly appreciated.
-------------------------------------------------
Dear Sir:

SPS has an active Strategic Alliance Agreement with E’Prime Aerospace. Under this agreement, the two companies combine efforts to pursue new business opportunities that would not be possible for either company, alone. In this case, SPS is a company specializing in the development of advanced propulsion technologies, while E’Prime has the rights to re-develop the Peacekeeper ICBM technology into a launch system for orbital access and sub-orbital operations. Therefore, to date, E’Prime and SPS have been jointly actively pursuing new business opportunities based on a new Peacekeeper derived launch vehicle utilizing advanced propulsion technologies from SPS. This approach has required a significant alteration of the original business plans of both companies, as well as launch vehicle concept re-engineering which is based upon the needs of our new potential customer base. This approach has also required re-introductions to the user community of this new advanced system. This is a great deal of work for both entities. SPS cannot speak for E’Prime, but believes that, considering the early state of development of the new business strategy, news announcements at this time would be too speculative and pre-mature, and could be potentially harmful to the newly emerging business opportunities and prospects of the company. Again, speaking only for SPS, the Company is concentrating on building a healthy and successful space enterprise which would be important to the long term successful business development and health of SPS, which in turn will directly benefit the company’s shareholders. Sometimes, fiscal responsibility requires maintenance of a low profile until business plans have sufficiently matured.

Respectfully,
John P. Kosky, PhD
