Touché...however, I feel your comment more appropriate when during this last 12 months the activity, emphasis, energy, focus, drive, mechanics, and all of the various components surrounding the PWC ecosystem are coming together, an individual has relentlessly disparaged his own investment (remarkable) and denying "all" of the amazing facts which have arisen.

You have multiple companies interested in challenging ONE patent...and failed miserably in the US. All parties MUST license, and you automatically assume they won't, even knowing that YA will continue funding Neom if necessary (which I do not anticipate will be necessary).

Ryan, it has always been stated that nobody enjoys a pessimist. I in no way mean to imply that pessimism is not due in respect to NeoMedia. But I "do" mean to imply that every spoken word from you has been negative and detrimental with absolutely 'no supporting evidence.' You have NOT pointed to one item that supports your claims. You have been living three years and more in the past and have NOT ONCE come up for air. ...BREATHE... I feel like I'm SCUBA diving next to a man who lost his regulator and is completely dependent on mine...but if I can't get him to the surface quickly enough, his constant state of panic and thrashing will take me down with him.

Breathe Ryan...everyone has to come up for air once in a while.

You own practically nothing in this stock. As I recall you are not close to six figures in shares. IMO you are one individual I dare say should not be invested in this at all. I am speaking in terms of even one share. Apologies...merely my opinion based upon history.

Here are a small number of significant milestones for your (and everyone's) edification:

1) February '09 - NeoMedia wins US patent dispute for their 048 patent. This win effectively provides them control of the entire ecosystem within the US, along with the ability to license across the ecosystem...and all parties are required to license. This means not just the big boys, but all boys. Even if one infringes many more will fall in line. I personally feel most, if not all, will fall in line. The exposure is far too great. Btw, I believe there are in excess of 4M businesses in the US.

2) The GSMA (a premier International standards body for mobile) reviewed and approved Neom's licensing model as sound and reasonable for the industry.

3) Laura Marriott, president of the MMA (now president emeritus) leaves the MMA to work with NeoMedia. WHY would she risk what she has worked so hard to build and move in with a valueless company that could scar her reputation? She personally carries with her many (if not all) of 700 senior level relationships from across an array of industries.

4) NeoMedia partners with Neustar, Mobile Tag, Mobile Discovery, and 3Gvision for pilot program that successfully demonstrated and implemented technology that enables cell phones to scan and process two-dimensional bar codes – regardless of the mobile service provider, type of bar code symbology, or scanning technology used...HUGE!!

5) Visa leads mobile pay initiative Internationally.

6) Neustar partners with Visa for mobile pay.

7) NeoMedia signs licensing agreement with Mobile Tag (mobile pay). I connect dots between MTag and Visa...that is my opinion.

8) NeoMedia signed exclusive patent licensing agreement with Neustar which will act as the exclusive patent licensing agent in the US for neom's IP for 2 dimensional barcodes. The addition of Neustar’s central registry services to NeoMedia’s patented barcode technology also means that brands now will be able to offer barcode marketing to consumers, regardless of which mobile service provider or barcode reading software a consumer’s mobile device uses. Can you say, "Open and Interoperable?"

9) October 20, 2009: NeoMedia and Scanbuy (a company which has earned substantial inroads across industries) reach settlement and licensing agreement (a licensing agreement one might say fully benefits NeoMedia). NeoMedia has granted Scanbuy a royalty bearing, non-exclusive license to a portion of its patent portfolio in the U.S. In turn, Scanbuy has granted NeoMedia a fully paid, irrevocable, non-exclusive license of Scanbuy patents and a fully paid, non-exclusive sublicense to all of the patents licensed by MFR to Scanbuy within the U.S.

10) Forget about Neom's recent deal with Hornbach, one of Europe’s largest DIY groups, and forget about the BEMS deal they signed. Rather, consider the bigger picture of the LONG LIST of notable companies which have partnered with neom, and which I am absolutely certain JP will be delighted to share if requested. The list is quite extensive and includes many of the largest and most powerful players across numerous relevant and necessary industries.

11) I could go on but prefer to avoid a cramp...

12) I can list links to EACH of these announcements, and ALL are recent (within the last 12 months...most within the past six.

Ryan, I urge you to begin pointing to credible evidence to support your statements...current and applicable information.

Best,
Be Confident
