5 bucks, Phew!!! way out of line....

i will agree with you to the extent your scenario is a likely short term reality...

but, IMO, shortly after the surge when the deals close....if the deals do not immediately reveal a change in share structure, then I think the market will eventually react to the presence of the preferreds and the PPS will reflect the full possibility of 2.5 billion shares...rather than the 600 you use or the more than likely maxed out A/s by year end....it's all academic at this point....

but, again, thanks for the much needed dose of reality......
