I have a theory on that one.
It's pretty simple and many, many OTC/Pinky companies do it.
They release a PR first. The PR generates buying interest which allows the company to dilute into the interest thus giving "stability" to the share price.
If you look a the last few PRs they started with a good spike followed over the next few days with a dwindling share price and an increasing O/S.
Just because the price hasn't gone below .0125 it doesn't mean it won't.
I see this puppy in the sub-pennies by the start of next year.
