Regarding the O/S increase, if the company was truly selling all of those shares that has been shown in the increase, the PPS would be much lower than it is now. Can you please explain how the share price doesn't go below .0125 if the company is selling all those shares?

I have a theory on that one.

It's pretty simple and many, many OTC/Pinky companies do it.

They release a PR first. The PR generates buying interest which allows the company to dilute into the interest thus giving "stability" to the share price.

If you look a the last few PRs they started with a good spike followed over the next few days with a dwindling share price and an increasing O/S.

Just because the price hasn't gone below .0125 it doesn't mean it won't.

I see this puppy in the sub-pennies by the start of next year.
