Found this on another Board. I know it has been posted before and is in the PRs but just makes it easier to see what is going on for newbees and remind myself why I am still holding.

{DLAD} Over 1 billion shares traded Friday alone! A histoic
Acquisition is being finalized ( Net worth 10M Usd ) in regards to a broad-based media company with holdings in the print & tv-broadcasting industries.

The syndication plan targets the top 15 states / metro
markets in the USA.

(DLAD) Is a holding company with several subsiduaires.

It has filed for a Name change with FINRA to become
Cabal Communications Corp. to reflect the new direction to become a mass media organization.

(DLAD) has already received its new CUSIP # (Answered my own question earlier LOL. Brain a little fuzzy today) with the State of Nevada.

We are moving forward with the plan as we are already in discussions with a Philadelphia group, Phoenix group, Chicago group & a Denver group.

We are currently working with our auditors & legal counsel to prepare the additional required information to bump us up to the next level with Pink Sheets Current Information status.

The Company also announced that it has entered the mass communications radio industry & have identified specific radio
properties of which the process of due diligence are being finalized.

(DLAD) also Submits Documents to Reduce Authorized Common Shares to 1,500,000,000.
