RD, I will do this as fast as I can, the HESG and MJNA have been and still are working together and while this is all happening a BB company see everything these two are doing in loves it and offers them to jump into the BB shell thats is current and trading, the loved the idea andthe Bb copmany is check out the books and record to see if they can all be in one shell, it save hugh money for HESG and MJNA and a lot of time in the filing prosses... Also this would give less dilution, less a/s and better Value which = better stock price too....
