GBRC Secures $10 Million Financing Commitment

Global Resource Corp. a developer of patent-pending microwave technology and machinery for extracting oil and gas, announced today that it has entered into a $10 million common stock purchase agreement with AGS Capital Group, a New York based institutional investor.
