The vol. is nil because no one wants to sell at such low prices. Financials should come out when the company sees fit to do so.

BTW thank yoou naysayers for such a low pps as it has allowed me to buy more shares. A company with 200-300m rev. est. for 2010 and 60m profit, selling for 5 cents. What a country!

And I have heard various low estimates for O/S, so am looking forward for the filings.

And I almost forgot the Pike ppurchase of 142m shares. Daniel Pike is former analyst for ESL fund, Eddie Lampert, billed as the 2d coming of Warren Buffet. So, I guess if Pike is good enough to work for Lampert, he know a good deal when he sees it in spng.
