In doing a little "DD" tonight, I decided to see if there was a correlation between a possible NSS position and the rise in the PPS. Below are when naysaying posts began picking up, as did the PPS.

One post attached you may find interesting is that as early as March 18 a naysayer publicly admitted, "I'm worried about the large trading volume, so I send an email to SEC enforcement. That should help unravel the mistery(sic)." Why, and could many of these same emails and/or phone calls what really prompted the SEC to begin the investigation, not necessarily anything SPNG mgmt did wrong? Could it be the shorts were beginning to sweat?

This has led me to the conclusion that illegal naked shorting must have been prevalent at, or about, .01. This would help explain why no one is in a hurry to cover at a 400% loss right now, and also why we continue to be flooded with advice to "sell while we can."
