snowydog, when it comes to bonds, i'm a newb as well. i'm not sure which bonds coach is referring to. i tried to find as many as i could through FINRA's site and combine them into a single watch list with that same basic goal, tracking their value over time.

it's interesting to see how the price trend affects the various lehman shares. as i understand it the last run to .40 for lehjq (strength across the board in CTs and preferreds) was prompted to some extent by a rally in the bonds. perhaps coach can speak to this as well.
