Using the ihub charts, you can usually see the fractional trading. Blue is buy, red is sell, and green is a buy (usually a mm buy, at the fifth decimal).

an example would be, using this stock, if some hits the ask at .0003, it would show as a blue bar. if someone sells at the bid, it would be shown as a red bar. if its picked up by an mm at say, .00024 or .00025, it would show as green.


That is what i have been told, and it seems to be true, to the best of my research.
