Funds close mid Dec, so I have to assume the aquisitions that were all the buzz last month will not come to surface till a few months into 2010? That should give the closing attorneys breathing room to have these closed on the same day. Is that a savings worth saving.....or a stall?
I wish this would spike above .02 like in the old days.
