We must use military tribunals for terrorist trials. They are enemy combatants without uniforms. They don't qualify for the Geneva Convention rules and they certainly don't deserve American rights in our courts. Not only could it jeopardize sensitive or secret information but it could jeopardize even convicting some of these enemy combatants. FDR, Lincoln and Reagan all used the military tribunals for these types of acts. We do have plenty of history on this. Will we bring in the soldiers off the battlefield to testify in court? Oh wait they were never read their rights. Might as well just let them go.
