possibility...

I sold some 20 million shares today...and unfortunately have a lot more...

another possibility, is that this company can be used as a shell...for a reverse merger.

I wish this would happen..but I doubt it...

this means some private company wants to go public without having to file....

for a measily 25K, they can buy 5% of the company...and for a measley 500k, they can actually buy the whole company!!

This would enable immediate public trading...
