("Monogram") (Pink Sheets: MGRN - News) announced today that it had completed the acquisition of Triad Therapeutics, Inc. ("Triad"), which was effective as of October 30, 2009. Under the terms of the Stock Purchase and Recapitalization Agreement, shareholders of Monogram acquired 100% of the outstanding shares of Triad in exchange for approximately 95% ownership to the Triad shareholders in the combined company. Monogram intends to apply to FINRA to change their name to Triad Therapeutics Holdings, Inc. and obtain a new ticker symbol
