Lots of speculation...I only know that I met and shook Ted's hand at the shareholder mtg. Now take this or leave cause I do not give a flying ---He looked me in the eye after I asked him WHY he left BMC, he said and i'll try to quote "I was very happy at BMC and they were very good to me;however, after I looked at the concept of the EXBX platforms, I felt I had to come over. It was not an easy decision"...Now that is my word only, but there is plenty of other horse manure on this board backed up by less. There is a lot of difference between bad decisions and wrongdoing, both break our backs. This board could be less confrontational on all sides IMO. I am going to give Mr. Kampa a chance. I also hope Ted and Gary got substantial warrants/options/common stock to keep them interested. I don't believe they crossed over without a potential peice of the pie,,Do ya'll
