I do not believe that the company should request DRS, as unless they have their butts covered, the SEC will be charging them with stock manipulation, this should be a shareholder voluntary action at this time anyway.

I also believe someone should be keeping track of those that have requested registration be put in their names, and also any negative broker responses that may be received from brokers.
