the figures on the front page also carry a new item.. a "subject to audit" addition. Removing those figures would be a blatant admission that they knew the figures were wrong, so the *subject to audit* attachment lets them keep it there.
the SEC suspends trading only when it believes the public may be making investment decisions based on false or misleading information.
