I dont defend Shipley. I assume every stock CEO to be a crook until proven otherwise (i.e. full filings and financials, ungagged T/A). However, that does not interfere in my trading.
I have made money on some of the biggest scams in history. In fact, I made 100% off a stock in the morning that later that day announced a reverse split and crashed 90% by end of day.

It is stupid to talk about SEC complaints, and it shows me you are either very bad investor, or being paid to talk nonsense on this board, to get people to sell. Enough is enough.
