Here is what he said:

The decrease in price of stocks
is the intentional manipulation of the MM's to accumulate shares. They do this by spooking the average investor by placing an exorbitant cap on the price and then selling shares back and forth to each other in large blocks at this price.

While this massive cap is tightly in place, the small and average investors sells right into the MM's arms, usually a loss, as the stock hopelessly spirals downward.

The MM's can accumulate indefinitely this way, and the right time, such as a PR or just to create another run, the MM's let go.

Naturally after the MM's have accumulated massive amount of shares
at our expense, when the price rises, who do you think stands to make the greatest amount of money? And before the rise, who do you think took the greatest losses?

This is how it works and with all stocks it has been done many times and it is about to happen again.
