While Comex might be "confident", I doubt the investing public is. When this deal was first announced, months ago, I pegged the arb value of the eventual transaction at about 3.5 cents and with the sp falling as the 45 day period expired. Now the arb value will not be 1/2 of that original 3.5 cents. Comex/HSYN has to prove that this is legit - and unless and until then - the public won't believe it.

If this deal eventually closes, the sp should go to the very low double digits. Now that is hope I want to believe in.
