The website states "Colorado Goldfields Inc. is a Denver-based junior exploration and mining company"

The 10-k says "Colorado Goldfields Inc. (“we,” “us,” or the “Company”) is a mining exploration stage company"

So is CFGIA exploration or a junior miner? If anyone here has the email address to Guyer, I will contact him and post his response. Maybe we can all generate a list of questions to ask here too.
