I think the pics I posted were taken in Nags Head.

Unless they put the sand back most of those houses will be gone next year, or after the next bad storm.

We rented a beach house in Nags Head a year or so ago for a week, but it was a good ways from the beach, and IMO, would be a better gamble than having one right on the ocean.

Kind of like gambling on penny stock companies instead of real companies.

IOW, built on too much sand and no dry ground.
