The SEC sux! They have been dragging their feet the whole time while unsuspecting investors got screwed! In August of 2006, they should have gone public with the fact that the POS Plant had no DHS contract. Look at how many shares were traded between August 2006 and March 2007. I could care less if the government gets a dime! They'll just waste it!
