This whole case is fascinating! We need to sue! Plant had nothing! Big Apple and its executives have assets I am sure! I say let's go for the gold and get our money's worth not to mention the pain and suffering this has caused so many investors. Big Apple knew Plant was a scum bag and yet they continued promoting and profiting off this POS!

Come on people! Let's wake this board up and go after Big Apple! This is our chance!
