You can get the full part at $88 shipped and the LE part at $78 shipped. At that ratio the LE is a rip off.

All the reviews I've seen say memory size isn't significant in most games. If you feel memory size is a concern then the comparision should be

5700 256MB $129 shipped vs 5700LE 256MB $94. Again since the full part is 50% faster on avg you get a better value with the non LE part.

For my money I'd avoid the 256mb part. All of this is asuming we are discussing AGP not PCIe.
