FGWC - Here's some DD

Office is in San Diego, FGWC office is Marina Del Ray, both in SoCal.

If you go into the areas the are active, it is all West Africa, fish around the site, they have a WiFi power point too.

African Virtual University, FGWC has positioned itself as the leader in Campus WiFi Zones

Nortel has done all the Wireless for them up to now.

In these PRs they mention the order is from an American company.

In this PR, the latest, the mention OEM agreements with 8 West African countries. IMO OEM + American company = Wireless Africa + Nortel.
If they are not related then the companies have definitely bumped into each other.

As well in this PR, there are 2 installations that they speak about to which they have not put out a PR prior. This leads me to believe that they have a bank of PRs ready to release. (plus I was infered this by the CEO and told this by another investor)
Most Importantly, in this PR, where they talk about the conversion of shares, the mention the Company becoming a business development company. Hhmmm, why would they be changing their structure if they were going at it alone?

These 2 Prs have board appointments of Hirschman and Pearce. Did a google search on them, they seem to be Sarbanes-Oxley specialists. What is a company the size of FGWC doing hiring boys of this calibre, it just doesn't gel under normal circumstances.

Their CTO has been changed from a Hands-on Guy to a thinker with 20 patents under his belt.

To cap it all off, their COO, who started as their CFO is Canadian and it has been posted that he went to school up here with the upper management of a large telecommunications company.

It is my speculation that we will have some relationship with possibly Wireless Africa, Nortel, Nigeria Telecom.

This is speculation, on my part, as to the possible details.
But something big is definitely brewing IMO
