Swear they are having a shareholders meeting Wednesday,this Wednesday Oct 27th in Irvine california.
Unbelievable PRs last 3 years /no follow up.
Swear they want to become SEC reporting to get off pinks but # 1 agenda at meeting is voting Peter Michaels sole person on BOD.
Hello?
Sarbanes-Oxley dictates I believe at least 4 people on BOD to become reporting.
Say they`re going to issue financials thru 2003 but thats also not enough for OTCBB must get current to 9/30/04
